A native to LA, Jessica grew up in the music industry. Her 20+ year music career first began as an intern at Maverick Publishing, while also writing music as an artist (signing to Warner Chappell as a songwriter). Over the past 2 decades she has worked with an array of global brands and creative agencies as HOP/EP at Massive Music, The Lodge, and a few other globally recognized music houses. She has an acute understanding of the creative process from ideation to execution, an insane encyclopedic knowledge of artists and genres, and a passion to bring the best talent to every project she works on.

Music + Marketing Coordinator

Natalia is a creative strategist and singer/songwriter out of Boulder, Colorado. Her background is in marketing, PR, technology, music, and project management. She’s worked for various music production companies, and indie labels developing marketing & business development strategies both for artists and business owners. Bridging many of her skills and interests, she has since gravitated towards the world of licensing and she is passionate about the intersection of music and visual works.

Fun Fact: When she’s not immersed in music projects, you can find her writing, playing rugby, and climbing mountains.

Composer, Sound Designer + Audio Mixer

Daniel was born in a small country town in south Brazil. He has been playing and composing music professionally for over 15 years. He has scored a variety of national and international commercials for brands such as FIFA, KIA, Cartago, Aurora, NBC, etc. At the end of 2021 he received a “Best Original Score” nomination at the Cannes Diversity Festival for his composition for the short film cal “Operation White Boy”

He is also the co-founder, guitarist, songwriter and producer of Indie Country band, The Stoned Ponies, as well as being one half of bat.music project along with his wife, poet and visual artist, Nayana Baggio.

Fun fact: He speaks Portuguese and has the most enviable head of hair you may ever see.
